The US Supreme Court today ruled against Texas and Louisiana in a major lawsuit over how the feds handle migrants.

In a huge ruling the Supreme Court struck down the challenge to the Biden Administration's policy to concentrate on the most recent illegal immigrants and criminals, and to allow other, older cases, to float.

Texas claimed the policy puts an undue pressure on the border states by dumping more illegal immigrants on state and local authorities.

The Supreme Court says the State doesn't have jurisdistion.

The ruling wasn't even close. The court voted 8-1 ruling against Texas. The only justice writing a dissenting opinion was Samuel Alito.
