College can be tough, academically and emotionally. In fact, studies indicate about 75 percent of college students who are struggling with anxiety or depression never reach out for help. A&M wants to change that.

All Aggies can now get a free mental health care app. TELUS Health Student Support gives students access to confidential mental health help by phone or chat. Students can also make an appointment with a counselor if necessary.

The app is easy to install, it only takes a few minutes to set up and is available in several languages.

A&M says mental health is key to students' success and this app gives students access to mental health help 24/7 no matter where they are.
