Today, March 15 is World Sleep Day! World Sleep Day allows delegates and sleep health advocates across the world to encourage others to take action in their local communities, clinics, and countries to raise awareness of sleep health.
Matter of fact, all this week, March 10-16, is all about sleep! Every year, the National Sleep Foundation takes this time to reemphasize the important connection between your sleep and your health and well-being.
