Friday, March 8th was International Women’s Day. This holiday has a long history of women fighting for equality, rights, and fair wages.
There are still women breaking the glass cielings across several industries, as well as a limited amount of women filling out the space that has been broken into.
On KRLD, we shared the spotlight on a special woman here in North Texas who is part of a small percentage of women in her position. Kim Elenez joins us on the KRLD Afternoon News. She is the President & CEO of Make-A-Wish® North Texas.
