The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating a deadly crash involving a Tesla Cybertruck in southeast Texas.
The crash happened in Chambers County early Monday morning. The truck left the road, hit a culvert and went up in flames. Investigators are still trying to identify the vehicle's license plate and ID number. The driver died in the crash...and has not been identified yet because of severe burns.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is aware of the crash and is getting more information from Tesla.
