One man has been arrested in connection to the shooting of a Harris County deputy during a traffic stop Wednesday night, police say. The deputy was in critical, but stable, condition Thursday morning, while one other suspect is still at-large.

Investigators said they found the car they believe the suspects were driving and arrested 37-year-old James Green. Thirty-four-year-old Terran Green was still on the run as of early Thursday.

Police said every effort was being made to locate them. A state-wide BLue Alert was issued Wednesday night.
