Over the last few years, many businesses have had their employees working from home. While some industries have opened up, others have had their offices remain closed since March of 2020. However, now more and more companies are returning to the office, and a new study has revealed three Texas metros are leading the way.

A recent study conducted by Kastle Systems, a leader in managed security, looked to find which metros around the country are returning to the office the most.
Based on their results, they found that three Texas metros led the rankings for highest office occupancy rates out of the top 10 business cities in America. Austin ranked number one at 62.4%, Houston was number two with 56.3% and DFW landed in the number three spot with 51.8%.
According to Dallas Morning News, the 51.8% for Dallas was the second highest rate since March 2020. The numbers were determined by tracking weekday keycard access to buildings secured by Kastle Systems. Hopefully those numbers continue to rise as things continue to get back to normal.
