In West Texas they're talking about this morning's pretty sizable Earthquake near Mentone, which is in Loving County about 100 miles west of Midland-Odessa.
The US Geological Survey says it hit about 4:30 a.m. with a magnitude of 5.3 magnitude shaker which rarely causes significant damage but is often widely felt.
The National Weather Service in El Paso says this one was felt as far away as Santa Teresa, New Mexico, about 200 miles from Mentone.
