Winter coming to a close with total number of freezes under what is 'typical'

With winter coming to an end late morning on March 19th, and the external model data not showing any freezes for the foreseeable future, it looks like our winter will end with only 15 freezes.

We typically see 29 freezes in our astronomical winter This will rank sixth all time since records have been kept.

Last year, our last freeze was March 19th.
