A teenage driver has been detained in Denton because of Wednesday night's crash involving a pedestrian who is also reported to be a juvenile.
Reports say that just before 8 p.m. police were called out to the Providence Place Apartments near I-35 and Loop 288. They found the victim conscious but with serious although not life-threatening injuries.
The unidentified teen driver was questioned and taken into custody but the specific charges have not been made public.
