National Weather Service - Fort Worth

We hit 80゚ again yesterday! We will flirt with that number again today depending on how fast the morning clouds move out. We're waking up to temperatures near our average high of 66゚. Readings are currently hovering in the low to mid sixties with low clouds invading us from the south.. Crazy! But, this is Texas and anything goes here.

Cold front, our next weather change, is now moving into the Texas panhandle. It should arrive here right around dinner time bringing a slight chance of a few showers with it. You WILL know it when the front moves through, wind will shift to the North and gust to 35 mph through the evening, as temperatures tumble into the mid to upper forties overnight tonight. Clouds will be stubborn getting out of here. We'll have to wait until about noon tomorrow to see clearing skies. Afternoon highs tomorrow will be a good 25゚ cooler, with readings in the mid to upper fifties… that's it!

Protect your plants Thursday night into Friday morning, as temperatures will dip between 32゚ and 38゚ across North Texas.

Friday looks downright gorgeous with highs in the low to mid sixties with sunshine for all.

How about a 3rd beautiful weekend in a row? Well, you've got it! A south wind returns on Saturday. It will be sunny, breezy and warmer with highs in the low to mid seventies. Sunday looks equally as nice with morning clouds and afternoon sun. Highs will reach the low seventies again.

Another cold front arrives Sunday afternoon bringing a slight chance of showers with it. Skies will clear into Monday morning with lows in the forties highs in the low sixties.

Tuesday looks awesome as well with plenty of sunshine, with lows in the forties and highs in the mid to upper sixties.
