Temperatures plummeted to the 30s across much of North Texas on Monday morning. The frost advisories and freeze warnings will expire by mid-morning. Afternoon highs reaching the mid-60s with sunny skies.
Surface high pressure will gradually shift eastward on Tuesday, leading to a warming trend of approximately 10 degrees into the mid-70s. Morning lows will revert to the 40s.
South winds will intensify, reaching 30 mph on Wednesday, accompanied by abundant sunshine. Temperatures will rise into the mid-80s, following morning lows in the 50s.
A cold front will arrive on Wednesday night, but will not bring any precipitation. This will result in a slight temperature decrease on Thursday and Friday. Highs on Thursday will approach 80 degrees, while Friday's highs will reach the upper 70s.
A beautiful weekend is anticipated, marked by ample sunshine and a gradual warming trend. Temperatures will reach the low 80s on Saturday and mid-80s on Sunday.
