Colder air is in place across north Texas. It'll remain chilly and windy today with highs in the upper 40s.
A strong upper level disturbance now moving out of eastern New Mexico and will slide east through the day today. It's track will take along the Red River Valley through this evening and exit the state by tomorrow morning.The heaviest rain will remain southeast of the Dallas Fort Worth area. We'll be lucky to measure a quarter of an inch today.
By tomorrow morning, skies will clear from west to east as sunshine returns and lasts through Thursday. It will remain cool tomorrow with highs in the mid to upper 50s. We'll reach the upper 60s by Wednesday and nesr 70 by Thursday with plenty of sunshine.
Our next weather change arrives Friday in the form of another cold front, while an upper level low dives SE out of the central plain sates. Rainfall totals won't be that impressive. The sky will clear by Saturday giving way to a nice, but cool weekend.
