Some of you saw a whole bunch of rain, others didn't see much. Officially at DFW, 0.86"… that's it! Heaviest rain fell all around Dallas and Fort Worth. OFficially 1.45" here in north Fort Worth.
Some areas west of I-35W have some dense fog around this morning, this will burn off by late morning giving way to partly cloudy conditions with highs in the low to mid 80s! Mid 60s tonight and we'll struggle to get above 70゚ tomorrow as a strong cold front plows through the area during the early morning hours. Wind will shift to the north and gust over 30 mph through the day, as temperatures slowly fall through the 60s by evening. If you're heading to any high school football games, make sure you address appropriately, because temperatures will we'll be near 60゚ with wind chills in the low fifties.
By Saturday morning, temperatures will range anywhere between 42゚ and 48゚. Same thing for Sunday morning. Afternoon highs will be in the low 70s...a gorgeous weekend ahead!
Next week: Temperatures will warm back up into the mid to upper 70s by next Tuesday, but another cold front will drop highs into the low 70s by Wednesday. Could be a few showers along our next front late Tuesday.
