No rain chances until next week, temperatures warming with oppressive humidity

Low clouds are drifting into the area and will mix out by late morning into the early afternoon. Temperatures are starting off very mild this morning and will quickly warm into the low 90s again today. Rinse and repeat for tomorrow as well.

Your weekend is looking fabulous, if you don't mind the heat and humidity. Afternoon highs will creep up into the mid 90s.

Heat Advisories will stay to our west for now, but could creep a little bit closer as we head into the weekend.

Our rain-free streak will continue until early next week. That's when a slight chance for showers and thunderstorms return Monday through Wednesday. Daytime highs will be a little cooler with readings near 90゚

Lastly, some of the extended models develop a tropical system in the Gulf of Mexico by the end of next week. Something the keep an eye on.
