We're waking up to more wind, gusts to 35MPH and cool temperatures. Readings have fallen into the low to mid 50s, but wind chills are in the upper 40s! You will definitely need a jacket jacket as you head out to work or school this morning.
Another windy day today, with high temperatures in the low 70s. Wind will gust close to or slightly above 40MPH until this evening. That's when the wind will relax 10 to 20 and then 5 to 10 by early Saturday morning. Temperatures may fall into the upper 30s to the north and west of DFW, most likely low to mid 40s in town. Make plans to protect your plants and tender vegetation overnight tonight. There could be some patchy frost away from town.
