It's no trick, just an awesome treat. My Chemical Romance, everyone's favorite emo band, has announced they are reuniting for a show in Los Angeles this December!
The announcement came from the band's official Instagram account, which has been wiped of all past posts. The photo is captioned 'Like Phantoms Forever', a reference to the first EP the band ever released, and shows a statue of angels embracing with the word 'RETURN' emblazoned over the photo.
Band members Gerard Way and Frank Iero confirmed the news with posts on their personal Instagram accounts, both captioning the photo with "California 2019". No word yet on if this means there will be new music in the works or future tour dates.
The show will take place at the Shrine Expo Hall in LA on December 20th, 2019. Tickets will go on sale tomorrow, Friday November 1st at 12pm Pacific with a low-end price of $149.50. Fans can register for more information on the band's website.
