Melody Federer Talks About Living In The Woods, Quarantine Dating, and Performs Live

This month the KROQ Local Commute welcomes Melody Federer who just released a new single “The Wonder Years.”

A longtime songwriter for others, Federer is also an accomplished solo artist and began her Locals Only journey with her single “This Town." Federer’s songwriting versatility has led to collaborations with such artists as Pink to Kelly Rowland to Michael Bublé and Burt Bacharach. Recently, Federer opened for Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness on his drive-in shows, is the cover image of Amazon Music's Breakthrough Alternative playlist, and her new single "The Wonder Years" is highlighted on various playlists from Amazon to YoutubeMusic.
