On The Water Fest feat. Slightly Stoopid, Dirty Heads, 311 + More Canceled

On The Water Fest, which was set to take place October 12 & 13 in Huntington Beach, has been canceled. The inaugural festival was scheduled to have performances by Slightly Stoopid, Dirty Heads, 311, The Interrupters, and many more. According to Billboard, the concert's promoter Synergy Global Entertainment will be closing its doors. SGE also produces events such as Back To The Beach Fest, Musink, Sabroso Taco Fest, and several other local festivals.

A message on the On The Water Fest site reads:

Due to unforeseen circumstances ON THE WATER scheduled for Huntington State Beach on October 12 and 13, 2019 is canceled.
Front Gate Tickets will be issuing refunds to all fans who purchased a ticket. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Refunds will be processed. Please allow 7-10 days after processing for the refund to be reflected on your statement.
