Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is kicking off its 23rd annual festival on April 12-14 & April 19-21 and bringing a fully-stacked and flavor-packed culinary lineup to the desert this year. The festival continues to expand on its annual food and beverage offerings, with some of the best restaurants or chefs from LA and across the nation, creating the ultimate culinary experience to complement this year's highly regarded music lineup.

Indio Central Market, Coachella's very own food hall which has become a welcoming watering hole to all festivalgoers since it opened in 2018, and returns with fifteen-featured restaurants under one large, shaded tent surrounded by ample seating. Guests can enjoy dishes such as Loaded Korean BBQ Fries from Chef Roy Choi's revolutionary taco truck, Kogi; a Double Smash Burger from fan-favorite burger concept, Burger She Wrote; a churros con leche ice cream cone from McConnell's Fine Ice Cream; or a Volcano Cup Noodles topped with Fried Chicken from Chef Kasem Saengsawang's Farmhouse Thai Kitchen. Indio Central Market will also host a coffee bar from Everbloom Coffee and a juice bar from #Juicebae.

Within the 12 Peaks VIP area, guests can celebrate the launch of Grimes' new song with DJ Anyma "Taratata" with a slice of "The Last Pizza," a collaboration pizza with Prince Street Pizza. In addition, guests can enjoy fresh, chef-driven and Californian-inspired poke bowls and burritos from Sweetfin; Tijuana-style tacos by Tacos 1986; Neapolitan pizzas from Ronan; Szechuan garlic noodles from Bang Bang Noodles; and Banh Mis by modern Vietnamese kitchen, My Lai. This VIP area will be rounded out with an exclusive selection of caffeinated beverages created by Blue Bottle Coffee and Abel "The Weeknd" Tesfaye and their collaborative coffee line, Samra Origins, created to celebrate the best of Ethiopian coffee, culture and distinctive ingredients.
On the other side of festival grounds, more culinary offerings will flourish in the VIP Rose Garden including MìLà, a modern Chinese food brand offering a range of restaurant-quality soup dumplings, dishes and noodles; Post & Beam, the award-winning restaurant serving seasonal California cuisine with a touch of soul; Love Hour, the good-time, burger joint serving crispy smashburgers; and the eponymous Woodfire Wings.

The festival's culinary lineup would not be complete without Coachella's multiple secret speakeasies sprinkled throughout the festival grounds. This year, the ultimate cocktail destination, Cocktails & Dreams, will be hidden in plain sight. Cocktails & Dreams will consist of PDT Tropicale from New York City's PDT (Please Don't Tell) and Sonny's by Attaboy, an 80's-themed Miami Vice concept from the cocktail lounge who was crowned as the "Best Bar in North America" by World's 50 Best in 2022.
