LOVELINE, one of KROQ's most popular shows ever, is back every Sunday night from 10pm to midnight! KROQ's Kevan Kenney co-hosts this new version with Dr. Tara, a tenured professor, renowned expert in love, intimacy, and relationships, and a prominent TV host who has amassed over 2 million followers on TikTok.
The big announcement was made by Kevan on Saturday night at Almost Acoustic Christmas as he introduced Tara to the KROQ crowd right before 311 took the stage. They revealed that the first show would air the following night (and subsequent Sundays) from 10pm to midnight on KROQ and streaming on the Audacy app.
Listeners are encouraged to call or text the show at 1-833-LOVE-191 (1-833-568-3191) to join the conversation. Each episode will be available on-demand on the Audacy app or KROQ's YouTube page the following day. Listen to the first episode above!
Loveline originally debuted on KROQ in 1983 with hosts Jim "Poorman" Trenton, Swedish Egil, and Scott Mason with Dr. Drew Pinsky joining the crew in 1984. The show featured a number of co-hosts throughout the years, and in April 2016 aired its last show on the flagship station. Check out Loveline's Wikipedia for a detailed history of this classic show.
