Pasadena, Calif. (KNX) - The Rose Bowl is hosting its 2nd annual Cinco de Mayo celebration on May 6.

This free, family-friendly event will showcase Pasadena's rich Latino culture and traditions through music, food, art, and film.

Attendees can participate in a "Rose Bowl Stair Climb" challenge, a youth soccer tournament, enjoy live entertainment, and visit the marketplace.

Jens Weiden, the general manager at the Rose Bowl Stadium, tells KNX reporter Margaret Carrero their goal is to provide opportunities for all to experience America's Stadium, and "we're really committed to doing free community events so that everybody can access it and everybody can come make memories here with their friends and family."

While guests munch on traditional dishes, hot dogs, shaved ice, and classic movie snacks, showings of Disney's® Coco, Encanto, and Selena will be on the video board - so don't forget your chairs and blankets.
