On Aug. 13, three suspects – two women and a man, walked into a Cici’s Café on Russell Ranch Road and then split up in different directions, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

“They were seen on their cell phones, walking throughout the restaurant and watching customers,” the department said.

Deputies said the man, identified as Suspect 1, “took the victim’s purse that was placed on her chair” and put it in his backpack.

The victim told authorities her cards were used at Target and Walmart in Thousand Oaks.

Those with any information regarding the suspects are urged to contact the Detective Lopez at 818-878-1808. Those wish to remain anonymous can call LA Crime Stoppers 800-222-8477.
