As we near the 2024 baseball season, a new study says that the Los Angeles Dodgers and Angels have some of the priciest concession stands in the MLB.

The study by Ontario Bets, a sports betting website, ranks the Angels 25 out of 30 for Concessions, with the Dodgers coming in behind them at number 27.

KNX News’ Jon Baird reported that the study took into account the number of concession stands per square foot, the capacity of the ballparks, the cost of a hot dog, and the cost of a beer by the ounce. Both teams charge about $7 for a hot dog, and the Dodgers charge 99 cents per ounce for a beer.

“The hot dogs are expensive, but basically we eat before we go,” one baseball fan said.

The Seattle Mariners are at the top of the list for the best concessions, charging $4 for a hotdog and 33 cents per ounce for a beer.

KNX News has reached out to both teams for comment about the study results.
