A fire damaged a vacant house in Lincoln Heights Monday, but no one was hurt.
Firefighters sent to the 2600 block of North Pasadena Avenue at 11:41 a.m. extinguished the flames in 12 minutes, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.

The fire was contained mostly to the attic of the 432-square-foot house, which was built in 1949, according to the LAFD.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
