Judge sets no bail for man charged with murder in the shooting death of 6-year-old Aiden Leos

The man and woman charged in the freeway shooting death of six-year-old Aiden Leos have both pleaded not guilty in court in Santa Ana.

A judge also ordered Marcus Eriz held in jail without bail calling his actions after the shooting "alarming."

KNX's Margaret Carrero is at the courthouse in Santa Ana and says the judge is now considering keeping Wynne Lee's bail at $500,000.

Prosecutors say Eriz and Lee went about their daily lives after Aiden's death last month with Eriz even getting angry at another driver and waving a gun.

Eriz is charged with murder and could spend life in prison if convicted.

Lee is charged with being an accessory to murder and a misdemeanor count of having a concealed firearm in a vehicle.

She could be sentenced to up to four years. A pretrial hearing has been set for late August.
