
Los Angeles Metro's TAP fare system was temporarily shut down Thursday.
"Gates-turnstiles are being unlocked and we are not collecting fares as we work to resolve the issue," according to The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority.

Users of the Metro Parking app were also experiencing issues. The issues with the app have been fixed, Metro officials said.
The TAP system will be down until further notice.
