L.A.-based victims of the so-called "Tesla Road Rage Driver" are speaking out about the injustice of his early release from prison last year, especially since that man is now charged with three similar crimes in Hawaii.
"It is sickening that Nathaniel Radimak, after being released from prison early, has appeared to violate his parole by reportedly reoffending in Hawaii, where he allegedly assaulted two women," Beth Lamprecht, one of his previous victims, said. "If this is true, it appears that he remains a dangerous threat."

39-year-old Radimak served less than a year of a 5-year term before being paroled and then leaving the state.
According to Honolulu police, on May 8, an 18-year-old female was parking her car with her mother in the passenger seat when a gray Tesla sped past them. An exchange of words allegedly led to the man assaulting both women before fleeing the scene in his Tesla. The man was identified as Radimak.
Radimak was arraigned Thursday in Hawaii, where he pleaded not guilty.
A second victim, Vivian Romero, said this type of case should be a call for re-evaluation of criminals before they're considered for release.
"Some repeat offenders, unfortunately, may not be rehabilitated even when given second chances," said Romero. "Under the circumstances, I think that Mr. Radimak poses a serious danger to the public."
The victims and their attorney, Gloria Allred, believe that if Radimak is convicted in Hawaii, he should serve out a term there and then be extradited as a parole violator to serve the rest of his State sentence in a California prison.
