MALIBU (CNS) - A man who allegedly trespassed at actor Pierce Brosnan's Malibu residence was arrested on suspicion of burglary, authorities said Wednesday.

Deputies went to the 31100 block of Broad Beach Road at about 9 a.m. Monday, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

James Kwon, 47, was booked on suspicion of burglary, and was held on $50,000 bail, the sheriff's department reported. Further details were not released by the sheriff's department.

According to TMZ.com, "police say a man urinated and defecated in (Brosnan's) neighbor's yard ... then stormed the actor's property and used the laundry room to wash up."

"We're told the guy took off when cops rolled up, heading down toward the beach," TMZ reported. "The guy didn't get far ... we're told a sheriff's helicopter found the dude hiding in the rocks along the coast."

The website reported that authorities said Brosnan's wife Keely was home during the commotion, but it was unclear if the former star of the James Bond franchise was there too.
