A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder for allegedly fatally stabbing another man, whose body was found in an alleyway in Pomona, authorities said Wednesday.
Officers dispatched at about 7:25 a.m. Tuesday to an alleyway in the 700 block of Hawthorne Place found Brian Terraza, 27, suffering from several stab wounds, the Pomona Police Department reported.
Paramedics rushed Terraza to a hospital, where he died.
Investigators identified Edmundo Salvador Guerrero, 39, as a suspect in Terraza's death, police said. He was arrested on suspicion of murder and booked at the Pomona City Jail.
Pomona police urged anyone with information regarding the homicide to call them at 909-622-1241.
