Man killed in Bell shooting

A man was killed in a shooting in the city of Bell, authorities said Monday.

The shooting occurred at about 11:30 p.m. Sunday in the 6000 block of Bear Avenue, according to the Sheriff's Information Bureau.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, sheriff officials said.

Information about suspects and motive was not available.

Homicide detectives went to the scene to look for leads and evidence, officials said.
