Michael Jackson’s infamous Neverland Ranch has sold to a former business colleague, according to TMZ.

Ron Burkle, a billionaire, reportedly purchased the compound for $22 million, significantly less than the original listed price in 2015 or $100 million. In 2019, the estate was re-listed for $31 million.

The property, located in Los Olivos, California, includes the 13,000 square-foot mansion, along with a pool, basketball and tennis courts, and a 50-seat movie theater,

The late pop star bought the property for $19.5 million in 1987, and transformed it into a Peter Pan themed amusement-like park with railroad track, roller coaster, Ferris wheel, merry-go-round, and a zoo.

Neverland Ranch played a crucial part in allegations of child sexual abuse leveled against Jackson, as accusers have the manse was where much of the abuse took place.
