The O.C. Fair is in full swing and the fair's CEO, Michele Richards, said there’s plenty for attendees to enjoy this year.

For thrill-seekers, Richards said the fair will have three new rides.

“One is called the Enchanted Castle and it's a ride through a ride,” she said.
“Overdrive is a spinning ride that spins and spins. You’re spinning around in the car while you're spinning around in the ride. So for people who like that, it's really a great thrill ride.”

Richards said the third ride, “Heidi,” had never been in the United States until now.

“It’s a ride through the Bavarian mountains. If you can imagine running down a ski slope, you ride in a giant beer barrel and while the coaster is going, that beer barrel is spinning as well,” she said.

This year, foodies attending the fair can try the $5 Taste of the Fair, where attendees can get a sampling of foods and treats for just $5. To view the menu, click here.
