LOS ANGELES (KNX) – Pete Davidson was charged with reckless driving after he crashed a car into the side of a Beverly Hills home in March.

TMZ reported the 29-year-old comedian and actor was charged with one count of reckless driving by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

On the evening of March 4, Davidson reportedly lost control of his Mercedes Benz, hopped a curb, and crashed into the side of a home.

His girlfriend, actress Chase Sui Wonders was in the car.
Neither was injured.

The homeowner told TMZ his teenager daughter was inside the house during the crash, but was not injured. He also said he had no plans to sue the Saturday Night Live alum.
