
LONG BEACH (CNS) - Police are investigating gunfire that struck a home in Long Beach, authorities said Saturday.

Officers were dispatched at about 5:30 p.m. Friday to the 5700 block of Ackerfield Avenue, near South Street and Paramount Boulevard, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
"Upon arrival, officers located a residence that had been struck by gunfire," according to a police statement. "No injuries were reported. The circumstances of the shooting and suspect information are under investigation."
