Set to take place on Friday, January 31 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, the concert -- also a fundraiser for L.A. wildfire relief -- will be hosted by renowned “Deadhead” Andy Cohen and feature performances from Dead & Company (ft. Grateful Dead co-founders Bob Weir and Mickey Hart) with John Mayer, plus Bruce Hornsby, Billy Strings, My Morning Jacket, Fleetwood Mac’s Mick Fleetwood and The Police’s Stewart Copeland, The War on Drugs, Norah Jones, Sierra Farrell and Lukas Nelson, Dwight Yoakam, The War and Treaty, Vampire Weekend, Noah Kahan, Sammy Hagar, and Maren Morris.

The Grateful Dead will join the ranks of past MusicCares Persons of the Year, including Aerosmith, Fleetwood Mac, Shania Twain, Tom Petty, Lionel Richie, Paul McCartney, Jon Bon Jovi, Joni Mitchell, Neil Diamond, Dolly Parton, Bob Dylan, and more -- honoring original band members Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann, Bobby Weir, Jerry Garcia and Phil Lesh for their longtime contributions to music, philanthropy, and activism.
