Aftershock Single Day Tickets

KRXQ – Abe’s Aftershock Broadcast On-site Material Terms
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

For the Abe’s Aftershock Broadcast On-Site Contest Rules you must be: (i) at least eighteen (18) year of age or older; (ii) a legal resident of one of the following California counties: Plumas, Sierra, Nevada, Placer, El Dorado, Amador, Calaveras, Tuolumne, Stanislaus, San Joaquin, Sacramento, Solano, Yuba, Sutter, Colusa and Yolo; and (iii) present at the onsite location at the time of entry and winner selection in order to enter and win.

You may enter on Friday, September 25, 2026 from approximately 6:00pm (PT) through approximately 9:59pm (PT) by going to Rock & Brews, located at 1600 Exposition Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95815, locating the 98 Rock Check-In table, checking in with a Station representative, and obtaining a contest entry ticket printed with a unique number (each properly checked-in individual who receives a contest entry ticket, an “Entrant”). An identical contest entry ticket printed with the same unique number will be placed into the contest entry box by the Station representative at the same time (each one, an “Entry”). Limit of one (1) contest entry ticket and one (1) contest Entry per Entrant. All Entries must be received by no later than 9:59pm (PT) on Friday, September 25, 2026. Starting at approximately 7:10pm (PT) on Friday, September 25, 2026 and approximately every ten (10) minutes thereafter through approximately 10:00pm (PT), a Station representative will randomly select one (1) contest entry ticket from among all Entries received in the contest entry box at the time of such selection and will announce the number printed on the selected contest entry ticket (each, a “Drawing”). The Entrant with the identical number printed on their contest entry ticket will have sixty (60) seconds to respond and present themselves and their contest entry ticket to the Station representative for verification of their eligibility, their contest entry ticket, and compliance with these contest rules. Subject to verification and compliance, such Entrant will be deemed a “Winner” and will receive one (1) prize in this contest, as detailed below. In the event that an Entrant does not present themselves to the Station representative before the sixty (60) second deadline has passed, or if the Entrant is found to be ineligible, then the Station representative will randomly select another one (1) contest entry ticket from the remaining eligible Entries in the contest entry box, announce the number printed on the selected contest entry ticket, and the Entrant with the identical number printed on their contest entry ticket will have sixty (60) seconds to present themselves to the Station representative for verification of eligibility. This process will continue in the same manner until a verified Winner is found for such Drawing. All unselected Entries will rollover and remain eligible to be selected in any remaining Drawings. An individual may be a Winner only once in this Contest. Once the Winner has been verified, then beginning with the verified Winner of the first drawing and continuing in the order in which Winners are verified for each subsequent Drawing, each Winner will have the opportunity to select one (1) pair of tickets from the available prize pool, as detailed below (each, a “Prize”). Once a Winner selects a Prize, that Prize will no longer be available for selection by any subsequent Winner. Each subsequent Winner may select only from the remaining unselected Prizes in the prize pool and is not entitled to any other Prize which has already been selected. The prize pool consists of the following:

• Five (5) pairs of single day wristbands to Aftershock 2026 at Discovery Park, 1600 Garden Highway, Sacramento, CA 95833, valid for admission on Thursday, October 1, 2026 only, valued at approximately $504.00, and courtesy of Danny Wimmer Presents.
• Four (4) pairs of single day wristbands to Aftershock 2026 at Discovery Park, 1600 Garden Highway, Sacramento, CA 95833, valid for admission on Friday, October 2, 2026 only, valued at approximately $504.00, and courtesy of Danny Wimmer Presents.
• Four (4) pairs of single day wristbands to Aftershock 2026 at Discovery Park, 1600 Garden Highway, Sacramento, CA 95833, valid for admission on Saturday, October 3, 2026 only, valued at approximately $504.00, and courtesy of Danny Wimmer Presents.
• Five (5) pairs of single day wristbands to Aftershock 2026 at Discovery Park, 1600 Garden Highway, Sacramento, CA 95833, valid for admission on Sunday, October 4, 2026 only, valued at approximately $504.00, and courtesy of Danny Wimmer Presents.

Redeeming and using the prize(s) in this contest requires for the winner(s) (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, MLB, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to login into an existing user account or to sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including at a minimum first name, last name, and valid email address. THE PRIZE(S) IN THIS CONTEST CANNOT BE REDEEMED OR USED BY ANY MEANS OTHER THAN THE DESIGNATED THIRD-PARTY MOBILE TICKETING APP FOR THIS PRIZE. INDIVIDUALS WHO DO NOT HAVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS, ACCESS TO AN APP-ENABLED MOBILE DEVICE AND/OR DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE FOREGOING REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REDEEM OR USE THE PRIZE(S) IN THIS CONTEST SHOULD THEY BE SELECTED AND VERIFIED AS A WINNER, WILL NOT RECEIVE A SUBSTITUTE PRIZE, AND SHOULD NOT ENTER THIS CONTEST.

The winner(s) and any guest(s), if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the prize. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders. The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the winner(s) and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided.
