It's being reported that Kodak Black was ambushed outside of a fast food restaurant in South Florida early this morning.
According to TMZ, gunfire erupted around 3AM, from a car that was tailing the "Skrt" rapper and his entourage. Local authorities state the rapper was being followed by several cars attempting to cut him off as he and his crew left a nightclub. His team blocked the entrance to the McDonalds while he and several of this team went to pick up an order. One car, who was reportedly following the rapper, went to the fast food restaurant, left and returned shortly after.
Kodak's security guard was shot and was rushed to the hospital. He is currently in surgery. The site states that one shot hit an artery.
The rapper was placed in an armored car and walked away from the incident, unharmed according to TMZ. He was in town to headline the Cultur3 Fest, the "largest hip hop festival in Florida."
