As California continues into Phase 2 of its reopening of the states economy, Gov. Newsom announced that many of the states counties barbershops and hair salons may reopen! Heading into Memorial Day weekend many retail outlets and restaurants were able to reopen and one sector many people were hoping to return was going to be those personal services such as hair care and now many will be able to do so if they follow several modifications which include the use of face masks and additional measures.
