Needless to say, Dre had himself a day yesterday. He was admitted to the hospital for a possible brain aneurysm, which he has since announced to be "recovering nicely," according to LL Cool J. So that's good.
But while he was in the hospital, as ABC13 reports, Dr. Dre's home in Brentwood was the apparent target of a burglary ring Tuesday night.
Authorities initially believed Vice President-elect Kamala Harris' house in the area was the target but investigators later determined Dr. Dre's was the actual target - which if you think about it is just extra foul; not like theft is looked highly upon on a normal day, but while the man is famously in intensive care is a different kind of opportunistic. According to Los Angeles police, the burglars were banging on fences and doors before breaking into homes. The group attempted to break into Dr. Dre's home around 10 p.m. but were unable to get inside.
