Meet Marcie Sabey:
I have been a nutritionist in Sacramento CA. for 7 years. I got into nutrition because after having my first son my body had changed so much (as they do for most women) and i couldn't find anything that worked for me to take off the weight I had gained during pregnancy. For over a year I kept going through the typical "yoyo fad" diets. Finally, I went and saw a nutritionist and had immediate change, I fell In love with food and the science behind different food and the way it really molds the body. after that I signed up for classed and started my journey into becoming a nutritionist. I love helping people reach their personal body goals. I specialize in providing high quality nutritional programs for anyone trying to reach specific fitness goals and help people succeed in areas they have not been able to on their own & educate my clients on how to get the most out of nutrition and exercise so that they can use the knowledge to make a positive lifestyle change!
