The Sacramento region, which has been locked under the most strict stay-at-home order for over a month when ICU bed capacity fell under 15%, is set to have its stay-at-home order ended as soon as today. Governor Newsom announced that per stabilization of ICU's and positivity rate, also the rate of growth has declined.
