How To Help San Diegans Affected By The Floods

The cleanup has begun and many need your help!

Many lives were affected by heavy rains San Diego received on Monday that led to flooding all over the county. There are a lot of people in need right now that are looking for a little extra help from the community. The temporary shelter at Lincoln High School is still running. The Red Cross says they cannot accept any items donated, but they are taking monetary donations and you can sign up to volunteer. Click here for more information. The Jackie Robinson YMCA will also be providing assistance to the area and you can donate on their website.

While the cleanup is happening, there are many individuals that are looking for help on GoFundMe. These have all been verified by GoFundMe and is the best way to get direct donations to those that need help:


Pricila Roldan is raising money for her aunt after their home was completely destroyed. She lived in the home with her kids, including her daughter that is currently pregnant.
