Last week we talked about a vegan French taco that was coming to a restaurant in Portland that sounds less than appetizing. We wanted to get to the bottom of what exactly is going on in Portland where someone thought this would be a good idea. So we called up Nick & Kristen from our sister station 99.5 the Wolf to see if they could explain it to us.
