The 34-year-old took to social media with wife, Caleigh, this week to share they’re expecting their first child in February 2025. “You have been our favorite little secret to keep,” they wrote alongside photos from a maternity shoot.
Several fellow artists flooded the comments to congratulate the couple and wish them well including Lainey Wilson, Nelly and Jax.
The baby announcement comes nearly two years after the pair tied the knot in a ceremony at Diamond Creek Farms in Nashville, TN on October 29 in front of 350 guests. In true HARDY style, the ceremony was followed up with a larger than life party that featured light-up cowboy hats, tattoos (yes, real ones) and “beer burros,” who served beer to guests via baskets strapped to their backs.
"It's the cutest thing I've ever seen in my life," Caleigh, told PEOPLE of the two burros the couple rented from Black Burro Events. "I'm so obsessed with it. It was one of the first things that I paid for and booked immediately."
As for the tattoos, guests were presented the opportunity to get 10-minute love/wedding-themed ink by artist, Mike Stoll. Those who took the opportunity included Country artist RaeLynn, the bride’s mom, Sheri, and more.
HARDY and Caleigh started dating in April 2018 after HARDY slid into her DMs on Instagram. Their first in-person meeting took place at The Lyric events venue in Oxford, MS where HARDY played a show and invited Caleigh to attend since it was close to Ole Miss, where she was attending school.
The Lyric is where HARDY popped the question in August 2021 at the exact location the couple met 3 years prior.
