Jeremy Renner nearly died earlier this year when he was run over by a snowplow.

The Marvel actor broke more than 30 bones in his body, but is already back on the mend as he shared an update via his Instagram, which showed him getting in a gym workout.

“UPDATE: I’ve decided to push through the pain of progress(this damn shattered tibia) and take the new parts for a tiny test drive. The body is miraculous…. Even though I feel like the Tin Man, needing oil for all my new joints (hips, knees, ankles, tibia etc ) . Encouraged after this warm up to press on ( don’t tell my PT)”, Renner captioned his social media post.

He also added a laughing emoji for good measure after the line about not telling his physical therapist.

The “Wind River” actor can be seen hitting a number of stretches using resistance bands in the short clip.

The winter accident occurred earlier this year when Renner was attempting to help get his nephew’s vehicle out of the snow near his Nevada home.

He remained in the hospital for two weeks after the indecent and has been keeping fans up on his recovery via social media.
