For the 2026 Disney Water Parks Summer Splash Contest sponsored by 98.5 KTK, enterstarting at 12:00am (ET) on July 20, 2026 and ending at 11:59pm (ET) on July 31, 2026 bygoing to https://www.audacy.com/ktk985/contests, clicking on this contest's link and completingthe online entry form. Only one entry per person. Sometime after 10:30am (ET) on August 1,2026 up to ten (10) winner(s) will be randomly selected from all entries received, and uponverification of eligibility, will receive a Water Park Prize Package. Each Water Park PrizePackage contains four (4) 1-day 1-Water Park Tickets without blackout dates, which all must beused on or before its expiration date of July 31, 2027. If Tickets are not used by this date, theTickets will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. A 1-Day water ticket provides 1-dayadmission to Disneys Blizzard Beach or Disney;s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park. At this time apark reservation is not required to visit a water park. Reservation requirements are subject tochange. Each Water Park Prize Package is valued at approximately $315.24 and provided bythe Walt Disney World Resort. If the actual value of the 1-day 1-Water Park Tickets is less thanthe stated approximate retail value, the difference in the amount will not be awarded.In addition, sometime after 10:30am (ET) on August 1, 2026 up to two (2) winner(s) will berandomly selected from all entries received, and upon verification of eligibility, will receive aH2O Glow Water Park Prize Package. Each H2O Glow Water Park Prize Package contains four(4) Disney H2O Glow After Hours event tickets for access to Disney Typhoon Lagoon WaterPark for use exclusively on Saturday, August 29, 2026 from 8:00pm (ET) to 11:00pm (ET), withentry as early as 6:00pm (ET). If Tickets are not used on this date, the Tickets will be forfeitedwithout compensation of any kind. Each H2O Glow Water Park Prize Package is valued atapproximately $379.16 and provided by the Walt Disney World Resort. In the event the Prize Package winner and/or his/her/their guest(s) engage inbehavior that, as determined by Disney in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal,is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Disney’shealth and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at the time of the Prize Package, Disneyreserves the right to terminate the Prize Package or other applicable experience early, in wholeor in part, and send the winner and/or guest(s) home with no further compensation. The winneracknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of anymember of the group. Tickets are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, expressed orimplied, being provided by Disney.Disney, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies and their respective officers,directors, agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and alllegal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that ariseout of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the PrizePackage and/or the Promotion.

For the Summer 2026 at Universal Orlando Resort Online Ticket Contest #2, enter starting at 12:00 am (ET) on 6/29/26 and ending at 11:59 pm (ET) on 07/19/26 by going to https://www.audacy.com/ktk985/contests, clicking on this contest's link, and completing the online entry form. Sometime after 10:30 am (ET) on 07/20/26 up to two (2) winner(s) will be randomly selected from all entries received, and upon verification of eligibility, Each Prize winner (“Prize Winner”) will receive: TWO (2) 2-Park 1-Day Park-to-Park tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure for Winner and up to one (1) Guest ONE (1) Universal Orlando Resort 1-Day Regular Parking access to Regular Parking at the Universal Orlando parking garage on the same day for Winner and up to three (3) Guest (valid for one (1)vehicle). Each Prize has an approximate Fair Market Value (“FMV”) of Four Hundred Sixty-Eight and 0/100 Dollars ($468.00) and must be used on or before September 30, 2026, or the prize will be forfeited. Some restrictions may apply. All elements of the prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. Secondary Prize Winner must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Minor guests, if any, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Any difference between stated FMV and final FMV of prize will not be awarded. All parts of the prize selected are subject to availability and blackout dates, and subject to change without written notice or warning. Should an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities, epidemics, pandemics and the spread of infectious diseases, and any related governmental or judicial actions taken in connection with, or as a response to, any such event, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of a party, whether or not existing, known, foreseen or foreseeable at the time this promotion occurs, render the redemption or fulfilment of some or all of the prize delayed, hindered, adversely affected, impracticable, or impossible, Universal in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to evaluate and make modifications to the redemption and fulfilment processes and timelines for any prize or portion of the prize that Universal Orlando is responsible for, which may include but is not limited to providing additional time for redemption and/ or fulfilment. Should the prize become unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered. Any disputes, claims, and causes of action against Universal Orlando arising out of or relating to any person’s use of or participation in any prize provided by Universal Orlando shall be resolved by applying the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Orange County, Florida. Such claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys’ fees. In connection with any visit to Universal Orlando Resort, please be advised that Universal’s policies, CDC guidelines, and the recommendations of health officials must be followed. In addition, guests should be aware of and comply with government guidelines regarding travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines before visiting any Universal destination. Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, and Universal cannot guarantee that any person will not be exposed during a visit.
