Kim Kardashian is following in the footsteps of her late father, OJ Simpson’s attorney Robert Kardashian, and has been documenting her journey towards a legal career on her television show “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”

Unfortunately for the reality star, getting her license to practice law is still a long way away given that she failed the California “baby bar” exam for the second time, reports TMZ.

In the series finale of the E! show, Kardashian revealed that she failed the baby bar exam, which she needs to pass before being allowed to sit for the regular bar exam, with a score of 463. Kardashian told two attorneys who helped her study for the exam that she was “totally bummed” about her test result.

Kardashian got a 474 the first time she took the exam, but in order to pass, she needed to get a score of at least 560.

The baby bar is an exam that covers contracts, criminal law, and torts, and is usually taken by first-year law students. It consists of four one-hour essay questions and 100 multiple-choice questions.

The first time that Kardashian was studying for the baby bar exam, her family was dealing with COVID-19. Late last month, Kardashian disputed a timeline published by Buzzfeed News that alleged that her family contracted the virus after her 40th birthday vacation to Tahiti last October.

“False. Nobody caught Covid from the trip. Saint was the first to have it in our family and he caught it from school from another student who tested positive first,” tweeted Kardashian. “I then developed symptoms and got it a few days after he coughed on me while caring for him.”

Production for the reality show, which ended its 20-season run on Thursday, was shut down temporarily so that the family could quarantine.
