Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - Clark County announced on Thursday that Cashman Center will be closing down its coronavirus vaccination site on May 5th.
Instead of keeping that site open, the county will redistribute vaccine resources to its Las Vegas Convention Center site, as well as to other smaller, pop up vaccine locations.
The county says the number of people getting vaccinated at Cashman has seen a big drop-off after an earlier rush when larger groups became eligible.
As of April 15th, there have been 786,066 COVID-19 doses initiated, 504,475 doses completed, and a total of 1,239,701 COVID-19 vaccines administered in Clark County.
