Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – The price for everything seems to be going up, and Las Vegas home prices are no different, according to new figures released on Tuesday from Las Vegas Realtors.

LVR says that the median price of a pre-existing single-family home in Las Vegas in May was $490,000, an all-time record high. The number marked a $16,000 jump from April, and a 2.1% jump from May of 2025.

For condominiums and townhomes, prices went up $5,000 since April. The price — $295,000 — is down 3.9% compared to May 2025, LVR reported.

Even though prices headed up, there’s more inventory for buyers to choose from. LVR reported that at the end of May, 6,784 single-family homes were listed for sale without any sort of offer — up 2.1% from one year earlier. The 2,639 condos and townhomes listed without offers in May represent a 5.1% increase from one year earlier.
